Your website is hosted on secure, high-performance WordPress servers via Google Cloud. With 99.9% uptime, fast load times, and dedicated (never shared) resources, performance is built in. Our scalable setup grows with your traffic, and we handle all setup and service. Note: Email hosting is not included, per security best practices.
SSL Certificate
We include an actively monitored SSL certificate to ensure secure, encrypted connections for your website. This protects sensitive data, displays the padlock icon in browsers, and boosts your credibility and search engine rankings. We make sure your SSL remains valid and updated at all times.
Website Security
Your site is protected by 24/7 security monitoring, proactive threat detection, and regular vulnerability scans. We include an active firewall, intelligent IP blocking, malware protection, database and file system hardening, WP core updates, free malware cleanup, and Captcha protection for forms. Our approach is proactive—we address issues before they become problems.
Site Maintenance
We apply essential plugin and system updates multiple times each month to keep your site secure and performing smoothly. Monthly health checks are included to review plugin compatibility, flag issues early, and keep your setup running clean and efficiently.
Site Backups
We perform encrypted daily backups of your site, stored securely for 30 days. If anything ever goes wrong, we can quickly restore your website with minimal disruption.

We offer unlimited updates to your existing site’s content—photos, text, or layout tweaks. Just send us a request, and we’ll take care of it. Common requests include swapping out team members, updating seasonal banners, or adjusting services. If a request falls outside your current site structure or scope, we’ll discuss it with you before moving forward.
Design Management
We provide design oversight as part of ongoing site care. Every update request is reviewed for layout, flow, and design consistency to ensure your website remains visually effective and on-brand. While UX enhancements or redesigns fall outside this scope, we’re happy to share ideas or brainstorm improvements. Seasonal content refreshes—like updating hero images or featured sections—are encouraged where relevant.
Quarterly Meetings
Every quarter, you’re invited to connect with us—whether that’s a video call or even coffee with Tom if you’re local. These optional check-ins are a chance to review your site, discuss any updates or goals, and make sure your website continues to support what’s happening in your business.
